The Derby Water Division operates to provide the El Paso Water Company water to nearly 8,900 customers in the City of Derby. Established in the 1950s, the company was originally owned by a group of local stockholders. Today, all of the company’s stock is owned by the City of Derby, and the Derby City Council acts as the Board of Directors.

The company's President is the City Manager. The Vice President is the Derby City Attorney. The Secretary/Treasurer is the Derby Finance Directory/City Clerk.

The Board of Directors meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month immediately following the City Council meeting. View the agenda here.
