Water Department

The City of Derby Water Department (formerly referred to as the El Paso Water Company) provides water to approximately 8,300 customers in the City of Derby. Established in the 1950s, the company was originally owned by a group of local stockholders. Today, all of the company’s stock is owned by the City of Derby, and the Derby City Council acts as the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month immediately following the City Council meeting. View the agenda here.
