Auto-Pay Plan

Looking for a way to simplify paying your bills? The City of Derby offers an Auto-Pay Plan that deducts the amount of your bill from your checking account every month. You will continue to receive a paper copy of your bill that outlines water usage, and your bill will be automatically deducted from your checking account.

How to sign up
Sign the Authorization Form and attach a voided check.

Mail these items to: City of Derby Water Division, 611 Mulberry Rd., Derby, KS 67037 or drop them off at this same address at the 24-hour drive-up drop box.

Once these two items are received, the Auto-Pay Plan will go into effect for the next billing cycle. Your account must have a zero balance to enroll in the plan, so make sure your account is paid in full prior to signing up.

Business hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
