Permits and Licenses
City permits are required by the City of Derby for the items listed below. The cost of each permit varies from project to project. You may pick up your permit at Derby City Hall, 611 Mulberry Rd., Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. If you have questions, please contact the Community Development Department at 316-788-6632.
The City accepts credit cards and debit cards.

Accessory Structures
Examples include car ports, garages, sheds, swimming pools, storm shelters and play houses. Structures must be 120 square feet or less. A site plan is required.
