Municipal Judge William Kehr

William "Bill" Kehr was appointed a municipal judge by Mayor Dion Avello in August 2004. Judge Kehr hears and adjudicates all complaints and citations alleging violations of City ordinances. He conducts appearance and trial dockets each Thursday beginning at noon in the Court Room located inside the Derby Police & Courts Building at 229 N. Baltimore.
