Auto-Pay Plan

Looking for a way to simplify paying your bills? The City of Derby El Paso Water Company offers an Auto-Pay Plan that deducts the amount of your bill from your checking account every month. You will still receive a paper copy of your bill that outlines water usage, but your bill will be automatically deducted from your checking account.

How to sign up
You can include a voided check in your next bill and the Auto-Pay Plan will go into effect for the next billing cycle. Your account must have a zero balance to enroll in the plan, so make sure your account is paid in full prior to signing up.

Or, you can come by city Hall, 611 Mulberry Rd., to drop off a voided check. Business hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
