City Provides Sand Bag Materials to Residents

In response to the recent ground-soaking rains and in preparation for more rain this weekend, the City of Derby will be providing sand bag materials to Derby residents beginning late this afternoon.
Sand and bags will be available at 801 E. Madison in the parking lot of the football stadium. Residents will need to bring their own shovels and means to transport the bags. There will not be on-site personnel to assist residents. Materials will be available 24 hours a day as long as necessary.
