City Attorney Phil Alexander

The city attorney serves as legal advisor to the City Council, the city manager and all city boards, commissions, agencies, officers and employees. Duties include representation of the City and its officers and employees in administrative and legal proceedings; preparation of contracts, ordinances, resolutions and other legal instruments necessary to carry out, support and defend official actions; and as liaison with other governmental units and agencies.
