Derby Conducts Citizen Satisfaction Survey
August 16, 2010
The City of Derby is conducting its annual Citizen Satisfaction Survey. The goal of the survey is to receive feedback from citizens on a variety of city services.
The City has mailed 400 surveys to a random selection of addresses, with 100 surveys mailed to each of the four election wards. Responses will help direct staff and City Council on where to make improvements.
A report to the community will be presented to the City Council in late 2010. Past reports can be viewed on the 360 Performance web page.
