Materials & Resources

Required Signage: Business owners and employers are required to post signs at each entrance reading "No Smoking" with a minimum of one-inch lettering or signs with the international "no smoking" symbol. See Section 8 of Ord. #1885 for more information.

The two following sign designs comply with the ordinance's sign requirements and are provided for your convenience. You may print them and post them in your establishment. You are also welcome to use signs purchased through a private vendor or retailer if they meet the ordinance's standard requirements.
