Police Look for Suspect in Attempted Robbery

Derby Police are looking for a suspect in the attempted robbery of the Check into Cash business, 620 N. Rock Rd. Suite 370.
The suspect is a male between 6 feet 2 inches and 6 feet 4 inches tall and 160 to 180 pounds.
The attempted robbery took place on November 6, 2009, at approximately 4:55 p.m. The suspect entered the business wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, skeleton mask, and blue jeans. He was armed with a 12” butcher or kitchen knife. He did not receive any money and left northbound on foot.
