Derby Business Park

The Derby Business Park is located just west of K-15 on Madison (79th Street South). Developed by the City in 1999 as an incentive to attract new businesses and encourage expansion of existing companies, this 30-acre site is currently home to many growing businesses, including:

BRG Precision Products
Mid Continent Controls
Premium Auto Restoration
Mockry & Sons Machine Co.

New to the Business Park in 2010 will be Automotive Solutions LLC at 801 N. River St. BRG Precision Products plans to build a new warehouse just north of their current facility at 600 N. River in order to support their existing business.

Five lots are still available, in sizes ranging from one to three acres. All lots are shovel ready and are priced at just 70 cents per square foot, with no special taxes.
