Business/Residential Alarm Registration
Do you have a home alarm system or business alarm system? If so, you can confidentially register your system with the Derby Police Department. You can download or print the form below.
You can also read the City of Derby ordinance regarding alarm systems (refer to Title 8.44). The Alarm System ordinance was adopted to reduce the number of false alarms that emergency personnel in the City respond to by teaching the alarm owner practices relating to installation, maintenance and applications of their alarm systems.
