City of Derby

Accessibility Information

Access to an active life in the community by people with disabilities is a fundamental goal of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). To ensure this goal is met, Title II of the ADA requires the City of Derby and other State and local governments make their programs and services accessible to persons with disabilities.

Any person believing that such access is not available in Derby should contact the City’s ADA Coordinator, Derby City Hall, 611 Mulberry Rd., (316) 788-1519.

For services, programs, activities and facilities not associated with the City of Derby, please contact the State Attorney General’s Office at (785) 296-2215 or e-mail general@ksag.org, or the U.S. Department of Justice at 1-800-514-0301 or e-mail web@usdoj.gov.

Hearing- and/or speech-impaired persons using a TDD/TTY may contact us through the Kansas Relay Center at 1-800-766-3777 or 711.
