Public Auction Set for December 8

The City of Derby will hold its annual public auction on Saturday, December 8 at 11:00 a.m. at the Wastewater Treatment Facility, 1501 S. K-15 Highway. The facility will open at 10:00 a.m. for prospective buyers.
The City holds the auction to dispose of surplus or obsolete city property, including abandoned or confiscated vehicles. Property will be sold to the highest bidder for cash. All sales are final.
