Chapter 9.48 OFFENSES AGAINST PROPERTY
9.48.020 Opening, damaging or removing coin-operated machine.
A. Opening, damaging or removing coin-operated machines is wilfully and
knowingly opening, removing or damaging any parking meter, coin telephone,
vending machine dispensing goods or services, money changer or any other device
designed to receive money in the sale, use or enjoyment of property or services,
or any part thereof, with intent to commit theft.
B. Opening, damaging or
removing coin-operated machines is a Class A violation. (Ord. 1585 § 1
