Replacement Copier

Sealed bids for a Replacement Color Copier will be received by the City of Derby, Kansas until 2:00 P.M. - Wednesday, February 14th, 2018, after which all bids received will be evaluated by City staff. The City will select the unit to be purchased based on meeting specifications, the lowest composite cost (purchase cost plus maintenance), experience with previous units, and input from references or staff hands-on evaluation of proposed unit. The City will be trading in a Konica-Minolta C552 copier, purchased in 2009. Please provide trade in value the City will receive. We appreciate your participation in this process and look forward to working with the selected vendor.

Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the City Clerk of the City of Derby, Kansas (“Derby”). Each sealed envelope containing a bid must be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope as: Bid for Replacement Copier. If submitted by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the City Clerk, 611 Mulberry, Derby, Kansas 67037.
