Madison Avenue Central Park rental rate sheet

The Venue

Located in the southwest corner of Madison Avenue Central Park. It is a 10,000-square-foot facility with rentable spaces including the main room, the Salon, and the Fireside outdoor patio. Indoor and outdoor rentals are available daily.

The Venue’s 6,000-square-foot main space is designed so it can be set up with the front of the room on the south wall or the east wall looking into the Alcove with windows that overlook the Amphitheater. Rental of the Venue includes access to the catering kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, commercial ice maker, rolling ice bin, and six catering tables on wheels.

Rental of the Venue also includes use of the permanently installed projectors and screens in the main space. Connection to the audiovisual system is via HDMI cable, so computers or DVD players will work with the system. The system is also compatible with a VGA connection, which will also require a sound connector (auxiliary cable) if needed.

Maximum capacity of the Venue is 376, including seating 56 people (seven tables seating eight people each) on the mezzanine (Boardwalk). This setup does not allow space for a dance floor.

The Salon
Situated in the southwest corner of the building, it includes a private bathroom, large lighted makeup mirror and counter, and intimate seating area with a three-section wall mirror, making this a perfect bride’s room for a wedding. There is also a room in the southeast corner of the building that can be used as the groom's room.

When used for meetings, the Salon can seat up to 32 people. The Salon has full audiovisual capabilities, with a plug-and-play setup and Blu-ray player.

Fireside Patio

Situated on the northeast corner of the Venue and features a gas fireplace, built in bench seating and eight tables with four chairs each. It is enclosed by a rock wall and wrought iron fence with gate. The area has ambient lighting and access to restrooms in the Venue. The Fireside Patio will comfortably seat 32-48 people.
